They maintained great communication throughout. When all was done the bill was actually lower than what we had anticipated. Vehicle back to driving great."

"When Carvana delivered my Fiat 500, the odometer was flashing. Their warranty page showed Shift Right as one of their preferred service centers so I took it to them in the morning. I called around 3:30 for status and was first told that they reset a couple of codes but that didn't fix it so I may need to take it to Fiat. I was put on hold and when they got back on the phone, I was told that the tech fixed it. I got to the location, got the keys and started the car. Nothing had been fixed. The odometer was still flashing. I went back in to tell them. They weren't sure but there happened to be a customer there that knew how to fix the problem. He later told me that he's a mobile auto diagnostician. He parked his van next to my car, plugged in a wireless ODBC reader and brought up everything on the screen in his van. He found the problem and reset it. No problems since. It's a good thing he was there or I would have had to find a Fiat dealer."

"I had my AC system replaced on my car a couple months ago, it’s a convertible and the weather finally cooled off to take it out and the AC didn’t work. I took it back to them and they found the problem and fixed it. I am very happy with their service.I will continue to have them do work on all my vehicles."

"I really don’t know what to say. I brought my vehicle in to get my ac repaired and really didn’t work. Now you gave it a second look and you said you couldn’t fix it. That put me $1200.00 in the hole and now my garage door remote is missing. I noticed it was missing today when I went to close my garage door. Did someone turn it in? So I am a little skeptical, but want to believe I will get good service from Queen Creek Auto."
